We run our farm using a software system we created ourselves, built around food safety and produce safety protocols.

Every crop we grow is logged from seed to delivery: what seed lot it came from, when it was harvested, how it was sanitized, and where it was delivered. If something ever needed to be traced a batch, a delivery, a single tray.. we could find it in minutes.

Food safety matters to us. This system is how we stay organized, catch problems early, and back up every product we sell with real records  not guesswork.
