Order Policies
Ordering & Delivery
We grow to order to ensure every product is harvested at peak quality. We do not keep products on shelves for immediate purchase. All products are grown and harvested to order.
Lead Time
Initial orders require a 7–14 day lead time depending on crop selection. Once your order schedule is established, deliveries become consistent and reliable.
Working With Us
We offer flexible weekly orders based on your needs.
Choose from available greens and sizes, and we’ll build a consistent order that fits your kitchen or household.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery Days: Wednesdays and Fridays
Pickup: Available by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays - Pick ups are curbside and does not allow entrance into the farm.
We currently deliver throughout South Florida:
- Broward County
- Palm Beach County
- Miami-Dade County
At this time, we do not offer shipping. Local delivery and pickup only.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To keep production running smoothly:
- Order changes must be submitted at least 7 days in advance
- Cancellations require at least 72 hour notice
- Adjustments and modifications are subject to crop availability and growing cycles
- Orders cancelled same day are subject to full payment.
If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product and we will replace your product free of charge. Due to the perishable nature of our product we do not refund orders once they have left our hands.
Farm Access
We are not open to the public.
Farm pick up's are available by appointment with an active order. Farm pick ups are curbside and does not allow entrance to the farm.
Farm Tours are by appointment only and must have a weekly order of $100+ for minimum of 4 weeks prior to the farm tour.
We offer educational tours and activities for schools, programs, and educational groups.
