Roots and Shoots Fresh Sheet

At Roots & Shoots, we operate on a grow-to-order model to ensure you receive the freshest microgreens possible — harvested just for you.   


While most of our crops are grown specifically for each order, we often have a Fresh Sheet with extras from current plantings that are available for immediate purchase.

Fresh Sheet Information

Our fresh sheet is updated Wednesday's & Friday's. Product will stay on the sheet for up to 3 days. Be advised that products on the fresh sheet come in limited quantities & varieties. We find it is best to place your order ahead of time, or start a standing order ensuring you receive your desired varieties/mixes, fresh, quality greens every time. This helps us reduce waste and create orders to perfection.
