How to place an order:
🌱 Our Grown-to-Order Promise
At Roots & Shoots, we believe the best microgreens are those harvested just for you — not sitting in storage. That’s why we use a grown-to-order model.
When you place your first order, we ask for a 7–14 day lead time (for herbs 14-18 days). This allows us to carefully sow, grow, and harvest your microgreens at peak flavor and nutrition. Once your first harvest is ready, you’ll be placed on a consistent microgreen delivery schedule (if applicable) so your greens arrive fresh, vibrant, and on time every week or on the schedule you have chosen.
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text upon placing your order confirming all pricing, details, dates, times, and location. You will receive a detailed invoice via email upon delivery unless requested otherwise. Payment is due when the order has been delivered unless arranged otherwise. Upon receiving an invoice payments can be made via the invoice using the pay button or ACH, Zelle, Cashapp, Cash, or Debit. For credit cards there is a 3% fee.
Our delivery days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
We deliver microgreens in South Florida to Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Dade County.
We do offer pick ups, they must be arranged before hand.
To modify or add to your order please contact us 7 days prior to allow us the time to adjust your orders to perfection.
To protect the quality of our product and our time, we kindly ask that you notify us of any order cancellations at least 72 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the order total.
If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. We stand by providing the best quality greens and service every time.
