Nutrition
Microgreens are the new superfood! These tender, tiny seedlings pack a power house of nutrition. Grown in as little as 7 days, they pack in 4 to 40 times more vitamins, carotenoids, antioxidants and nutrients than its mature forms. Microgreens are powerful allies in fighting against chronic disease as they provide a natural and effective way to strengthen the body against many of todays common health issues. They contain an abundance of health benefits including heart health, cancer preventative, and more. Join us as we do our part to reshaping the future of health and creating a greener future.
Sustainable Indoor Agriculture
Using vertical farming methods and advanced horticulture techniques and technology we are able to create controlled ideal growing conditions indoors. This method enables us to produce consistent, nutrient packed, high yield crops year-round while using resources efficiently and reducing the exposure to pests and pathogens.
Hydroponic farms vs Soil based farms
At the heart of our growing philosophy is a deep respect for nature. This is why we grow our microgreens in high quality, rich, living soil. This not only supports sustainable farming, it also supports regenerative agriculture. We use ProMix MP organic with an organic fertilizer which acts as more than just a growing medium, soil is a thriving ecosystem that naturally nourishes our plants with essential minerals and beneficial microbes. We find that the results of growing in soil vs hydroponic methods show much more flavorful, vibrant, stronger and nutrient dense microgreens. Make your world a whole lot greener!
Starting from seed
Quality starts from the seed. We purchase our seeds from reputable certified sources to ensure our seeds used are high quality, non - GMO, and have high germination rates producing a high quality product every time.
Eco-friendly packaging
Your produce deserves packaging as natural as what's inside. We use packaging made from renewable plant-based materials, completely free of BPAs, phthalates, or any other unwanted substances and are compostable. Keeping your produce fresh, crisp, and colorful from harvest to your table.
