Getting started has never been easier with Roots & Shoots!

- Unsure and want to sample items? No Problem! Just ask about a sample consult!
- Let us know your cooking style and we will hand craft samples to match your menu.
- We will schedule a time for the samples to be delivered to you.
- We provide multiple 2 oz samples of mixes and varieties and 1 oz samples of herbs and specialty varieties.
- In our consults you will receive a sample menu sheet, care cards, our price sheet & more.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we lock in varieties, quantities, and your information, delivery location, frequency, & time.

- We sow and grow your trays specifically for you. We pay high attention to our crop, this ensures every crop is fresh, consistent, and harvested on time at peak quality.
- Receiving your first order can take 7-14 days depending on varieties chosen.
- After your first order, your greens will arrive at your desired frequency and location without you having to worry about it!

Ordering Your Microgreens With Roots and Shoots
How to place an order:
🌱 Our Grown-to-Order Promise
At Roots & Shoots, we believe the best microgreens are those harvested just for you — not sitting in storage. That’s why we use a grown-to-order model.
When you place your first order, we ask for a 7–14 day lead time (for herbs 14-18 days). This allows us to carefully sow, grow, and harvest your microgreens at peak flavor and nutrition. Once your first harvest is ready, you’ll be placed on a consistent microgreen delivery schedule (if applicable) so your greens arrive fresh, vibrant, and on time every week or on the schedule you have chosen.
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text upon placing your order confirming all pricing, details, dates, times, and location. You will receive a detailed invoice via email upon delivery unless requested otherwise. Payment is due when the order has been delivered unless arranged otherwise. Upon receiving an invoice payments can be made via the invoice using the pay button or ACH, Zelle, Cashapp, Cash, or Debit. For credit cards there is a 3% fee.
Our delivery days are Fridays.
We deliver microgreens in South Florida to Broward County, Palm Beach County, and North Dade County.
There is a delivery fee for deliveries outside of our delivery area unless meeting the requirement of $100 +. The delivery fee is determined upon distance.
We do offer pick ups, they must be arranged before hand.
To modify or add to your order please contact us 7 days prior to allow us the time to adjust your orders to perfection.
To protect the quality of our product and our time, we kindly ask that you notify us of any order cancellations at least 72 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the order total.
If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. We stand by providing the best quality greens and service every time.
